Spinach, vegetable, or meat
Chicken Florentine
Chicken breast marinated and stuffed with spinach and asiago cheese. Grilled and served with tomato herb white wine sauce.
Chicken Cacciatore
Chicken breast sauteed with mushrooms, onions, peppers, finished with marinara sauce.
Chicken Parm
Breast of chicken breaded and topped with marinara and smothered with mozzarella.
Penne with Vodka sauce
Finished with grilled chicken, peas, and shallots.
Eggplant Florentine
Eggplant rolled with spinach and mozzarella. Finished in marinara.
Eggplant Parm
Layered eggplant topped with marinara and smothered in mozzarella.
Yellow saffron rice with shallots and herbs.
Sauteed vegetable medley in olive oil and fresh herbs.
Rigatoni in your choice of marinara, garlic and oil, or Vodka pink sauce.
Black beans and rice.
